Hello, I'm the creator of https://github.com/cristeigabriel/memscan and I have ran into this. I have built a very similar library for Windows a few years ago, namely on the same principle of xrefs scanning. I think it would be fun and helpful to combine our efforts to unify this power for both platforms, I'm willing to handle everything Windows (and also Linux when needed), if we are to build a cross-platform interface for memory scanning, and implement platform-specifics accordingly, then perhaps expose them back to C, hourglass-pattern style, so there can be bindings for every programming language which supports FFI.
