Instructions:

• git clone this repo
• run:

python training.py

• see training.py for options

Trainig Data

This repo contains only a few images generated from liveCell.
The training/validation images are stored in data/training/221219_livecell

For additional images:

• get data from SAIBOserver (SAIBO_deeplearning/training_data)

or generate more images by downloading more samples from liveCell and convert them from coco to png using:

dataprep.py and valid_prep.py
