Business Hour Exception Error

Describe the bug
When attempting to create an exception, always get the error "Must be a date after Start date." despite it being a date after the start date.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to business hours exception tab
  2. Create new exception
  3. Click save
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Exception should be created and global should be able to save.

Install Preset Command prompt always returns None

Bug description

When making a selection on the Install Preset prompt, the command returns "None".
