Add option to remove paths in regpath

The code is really not up to any great standard as I chucked it together,
so may want to do some rewriting before adding things that remove data.

Port JS powershell

JScript is a pain, not supporting nesscary functions - batch files can be too.

Put together distribution with NSIS or other installer.

Ideally the installer should give the option to
- Download and install python if not found
  - Install needed python modules
- Download tcc/le if tcc/le or 4nt not found
  - Configure tcc/le with default config if it's installed
