I've tried your port do D8, but right after activating the module I get this error:

TypeError: Argument 1 passed to Drupal\commerce_stock\StockServiceManager::getStockLevel() must implement interface Drupal\commerce\PurchasableEntityInterface, null given, called in /app/web/modules/custom/commerce_stock_notifications/commerce_stock_notifications.module on line 25 in Drupal\commerce_stock\StockServiceManager->getStockLevel() (line 279 of modules/contrib/commerce_stock/src/StockServiceManager.php).

Hey, I installed the module and it works well.

However, it doesn't take into account the 'Always in stock' option. The notification form continues to be shown when it is active.

I noticed that when I try to edit notification, the field "Product variation" is empty, even I have product_id.
After research, I found that instead of key "product_id" used "uid" and it cause change uid to wrong value on save.
At the same time "product_id" key used as field "Index ID".
