Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks D-Pad Patch

This patch implements non-touchscreen controls for essential actions in Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks.

Control Bindings:

• DPad = Run
• Y + DPad = Walk
• B = Wide Slash
• B + DPad = Long slash
• Y + B = Spin Attack
• A = Interact
• A + DPad = Roll

Compiling

Compiling these sources requires:

• ARMIPS by Kingcom
• blz by CUE
• ndstool by DarkFader
• Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks ROM

Setting Up Game Files:

Place a copy of Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks in the unpack folder and name it "input.nds" and run compile.bat

Compatibility

This patch has only been tested with the US and EU release of Spirit tracks. Support for other regions hasn't been tested so it may or may not work.

Quick glimpse of normal Nintendo dev opening ... then black screen.

Any reason why only these two DS Zelda roms are giving me trouble? I'm trying to play the two d-pad patched Zelda (P-Hour and Spirit-T) DS games on my Drastic emulator but they just offer a glimpse of early load up, then black out to menu. No other games, patched or otherwise have given me any trouble. Anyone have any thoughts? They will run (albeit horribly) on lr-desmume barely, so its something with Drastic it seems.

Cheats are missing after patching

After patching a rom, attempting to play it in TwilightMenu++ on 3ds, accessing its cheats menu would have it appear empty.
unable to implement Circle pad mods , this is still true even after patching it with the anti piracy.
