(I know you're not actively developing Boov to focus on cgalMeshes. This is just in case that the issue is more general, or if you happen to come back to Boov anyway.)

While relying on cgalMeshes by default, my package lists Boov under "Suggests" to be able to use it for union/intersection computation where - for my use case - it is faster by a factor of about 3 compared to cgalMeshes. CRAN has now flagged my package because of an error in a help file example that appears only on M1 Mac:

I can avoid this check error by not using Boov in the example, but maybe this is relevant for other code you're writing. Many thanks in advance for looking into this!
