Steve to come up with text for the GuruQ front page about what GuruQ is and
the benefits of it.

Possible settings:
   - Checkbox or text field for the "GuruQ:" prefix in the title and H1.
   - Checkbox for whether to display featured questions.

before launch get some industry leaders to agree to setup guruq accounts

The URL of the questioner is displayed, but it's not clickable.

If my browser is short and I click on a URL for a Q&A post, it doesn't
scroll to the top. Instead, I only see the boxes for entering a search or
asking a new question. 

Similar to how WP comments work, we should record the questioner's name and
URL, and display that next to the question. (The questioner can optionally
choose to submit the question as "anonymous".) Something like:

Should browsers have the popular JS libraries built-in?
  asked by Rolo Tamasi

where "Rolo Tamasi" would be a link to the person's URL.
