Fix pause button (again)

Button broke after stopwatch was refactored into a constructor function

Set up Jasmine environment

Refactor to avoid global variables

Create Stopwatch constructor function?

Create HTML for stopwatch

Create basic timing loop

Add new stop watch button should change pointer display to the finger thing :)

Allow Jasmine tests to pass with a margin of error

For example: letting a timer run for 3000ms, then checking whether it's near 3000.
