Deprecated?

I've looked at the dependencies of this package and it appears to use Cheerio so I guess this used to scrape the website for the photo of the day, but they've since updated to use a JSON API and updated their HTML so this package no longer works.

Would you consider putting up a deprecated message in the readme?
