Update readme with newer usage examples

Add models for other External Task endpoints that are not part of the Fetch and Lock lifecycle

Create a orchestrator example for Centralized Camunda Polling but sending data through event bus

Have a single verticle/vertx instance query for tasks and send the data through the event bus. The tasks will be picked up by other verticles in other vertx instances within the cluster. But if the message goes unanswered, then the task will be un-claimed/un-fetched by the main verticle that queries camunda

Add Vertx HTTP Service Factory Support

Add HTTP service factory support https://vertx.io/docs/vertx-http-service-factory/java/ to allow HTTP Deserialization of java Objects using Java Serializable configs.

The logic here will be that if the Client does not have the Canonical Name of the class on the instance, then it will look up the Services to see if that class is available as a service; if yes, it will deploy a verticle with that class, execute the deserialization, and tear down the verticle as defined by the configs.
