Since there are many packages in this repository (especially the toolchains) and updating them manually for every release can be cumbersome, it is desirable to implement an automation script that automatically updates the release information.

The automation script should handle the following formulae updates:

• Update version property to the specified target version
• Automatically resolve the download URL and update the url property
• Compute SHA256 hash for each download source and update the sha256 property.

Add zephyr-openocd package once it is available.

Create zephyr-crosstool "meta package" that installs all zephyr-crosstool-* at once.
