Read Me for Directory Appears to Incomplete

Hello,
We have been trying for weeks to get listed in the StellarTerm Directory. However, the GitHub directions are unclear, and the READ ME file for the Directory only has one sentence. Can the READ ME file be updated with clear and concise directions, or can listing directions be sent to [email protected]?
