Reports 411 (SignhostException: Response code: 411, message: Unknown error) on curl 7.64.1
When starting a transaction to signhost, it reports a 411 error. I'm using the latest version (v1.3.6)

cURL version incompatible with the code...
The story continues...
I've pinpointed the issue to a difference in the cURL library we are using.
does not work with v1.3.6 (411 error from signhost)
curl 7.67.0 (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu)
Curl 7.67.0 -> use v1.3.7
does not work with v1.3.7 (502 error from signhost)
curl 7.29.0 (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu)
Curl 7.29.0 -> use v1.3.6
I'll investigate further.
