Nested controller naming convention in `needs` about ember-app-kit

This is also related to some work @ebryn was doing to increase the power of needs. Maybe he has some thoughts?

@stefanpenner needs: ['posts/post'] worked, but when i do something like this.render('posts/post') in route then container returns a new instance of controllers/posts/post for the template posts/post. I think the problem with Container's cache. When it resolves needs: ['posts/post'], it stores the controller instance with the name posts/post, but in the second case it stores with the name posts.post

@manoharank https://github.com/emberjs/ember.js/blob/master/packages/ember-routing/lib/helpers/render.js#L97 is the issue. I think we cannot remove that for now due to backwards compatibility, but the EAK resolver normalization step could change '.' back into '/' 's which i think would likely solve this problem.
