Not clear how to install

If I cut and paste a folded region, i think that it does not work correctly.

The plugin works well but

a) is really slow when works on a java source with more than 1000 rows: when moving cursor on the source to make some change, the cursor hangs giving a bad feeling.

b) when making changes on long rows, after few times, like 100-500 millis, the cursor goes to the beginning of row. This makes the source code editing very annoying.

I really hope that some java code guru can solve the problem (I think that they are 2 sides of the same one), this is a very useful plugin and I like it so much.

When the installer ask me to accept the CPL license, this URL is displayed:

Which is outdated, working URL is:

https://opensource.org/licenses/cpl

folding icons shown as very tiny red squares, can more conventional icons of larger size please be provided?
