appendit's Issues

[Feature Request] appendit if not exists

How about a appenditOnce function or something which checks whether a snippet was already added.
Or a additional options property:

var appendOptions = {
        anchor: '<!-- your app\'s js -->',
        appendIfNotExists: '<!-- my scripts in order -->'
        content: scriptsInOrder
    };

Then appendit could check the file for the my scripts in order comment. If it exists, do nothing.
