Create a requirements.txt file so people can easily install the requirements and run Poll Bot locally.

Users and channels are currently represented as <#channel_id> or <@user_id> instead of #channel or @user in the title.

There is some reused code across these files that can be condensed into functions that find the title and options from commands.

Is the bot having a downtime or is it temporarily disabled?

• If the text for the title is too long, it goes off the image.

• If the text for an option is too long, it overlaps with the text of other options.

When I add a new poll, I expect the counts to start from zero. However, there is a greyed out 1, which leads to several misinterpretations. People think, someone would have voted on that option already.

Can the 1s be changed to 0s, please?

The bot is not responding and seems to be down.

Because of the discord limit of 20 reactions to one message, there can't be more than 20 options even though the code is built for handling 26 options. If there are > 20 and < 26 options provided there will be an error

Add a command to automatically close the poll after nn:nn time and tally results.

It would be nice if you could make the bot show the results of a poll even if it's not a timed poll.

It could be by using some sort of poll ID or either checking the latest poll created

Just learned that basically not more than 20 people can vote due to reactions limit, which in my mind makes bot pretty useless. Does anyone know workaround for this?

If the bot has permissions in the channel to manage messages, it would be nice if it could delete the script message automatically.

If the bot already has this ability, I must have my permissions set up wrong.

Because the bot is now manually sharded across two separate servers, whenever the guild count gets updated it only gets the count of the guilds being served by whichever server that guild is being served by.

For example, the bot is on 40,000 guilds, but server A deals with guilds 0-35,000 while server B deals with 35,001-40,000. If a guild joins and is dealt with by server B, dbots.org will show 5,000 guilds instead of 40,000 guilds.

Poll Bot seems to be offline.
Think its been the whole week so far.
