android_device_essential_mata's Issues

Notification led not working

The notification led is not working when a notification arrives, also, it partially works when charging the devices, sometimes Is ok, but later Is off until the phone Is fully charged.

Chrome Freezing

Chrome, Chrome Beta and Edge (Chromium based) all three apps freeze and popup a message "Chrome isn't responding"

Firefox works flawlessly which is very strange that Google's own browser will not work in Google's own OS but Firefox does.

Can you check into this?

Thank you very much.

Some display controls not functioning in the December build

I flashed the statix_mata-SNOWCONE-20211220 build from stock Android 10 QQ1A.200105.032 following the post in xda last night, and find the following functions inoperative:

  1. Night light from Settings > Display
  2. Grayscale from Digital wellbeing > Bedtime mode or Clock > Bedtime
  3. Color correction from Settings > Accessibility > Text and display or Developer options > Simulate color space (none of the four options work, including grayscale)
  4. Color inversion from Settings > Accessibility > Text and display (turning this on only switches the tiny triangular regions in the bottom-left and bottom-right corners from black to white)
  5. Extra dim from Settings > Accessibility
  6. "Brightness down" and "Brightness up" buttons in the accessibility menu (see the screenshot below. Tapping either button instantly brings the display brightness down to minimum, but "Brightness 89%" and "Brightness 100%" shows up below the buttons after tapping "Brightness down" and "Brightness up" respectively, regardless of the actual brightness before and after tapping those buttons. )

adb logcat reports numerous occurrences of the following error when trying to use night light, grayscale or color correction:
