I am interested in using this package in a plugin for my KUTE.js. I need to know:

• what is the license for this script?
• can I fork this script and/or incorporate it into my plugin?
• if I find a faster prototype model for the script, can I pull a request with performance improvements so that you can push a better version to node.js? maybe I don't have to incorporate it into my plugin.
