Multi-version support

(gonna have to think about the possible ways to implement this)

Server does not respond after the 1st packet half of the time

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the server
2. Open Minecraft and go to server list
3. Make sure the server is added
4. Click "Refresh" until the server starts/stops responding

Expected behavior
The server should respond to packets all the time.

System Information:

• OS: Windows 10 x64
• OS Version: 1909 (build 18363.1379)
• nylium Version: all

Additional context
Don't know yet whether it only happens in the handshaking/status state or within other states too.
Happens in all protocol states

Implement Protocol Encryption (https://wiki.vg/Protocol_Encryption) to be able to login with an online account

I mostly got it to work but for some reason it seems like the encryption sometimes fails and the client crashes with various messages.
