Add featured certificates
This Issue is corresponding to the card of the project milestone.

My first thoughts on implementation:
UX
- In the edit add a star icon to add it to the featured certifications
- Show on profile between ProfileDetails and TableWrapper those favs in a 3row layout. That transforms with the amount of favs. ex. 1 in the middle on two one left right at three there is one centered in the middle the rest goes to left & right side.
Backend
- Store a list with the featured certifications.
UI Rework
UI makes text unreadable and does not follow the same rules per page
Css styling overflows
tables overflow in certain dimmensions in update certificate on web and mobile
Css styling not implemented
Implement css styles to forgot password and confirm email
Sendgrid Email not working
API Key storage implementation
