Make the Readme not suck
The readme sucks pretty bad right now, it needs help. A lot of it.
Update argument parsing
Currently the argument parsing is done manually with some obtuse regex, it could probably be better handled by lightweight library like Optimist?
The command switch might also be better handled.
Oh and flags aren't actually parsed, so that's probably something that should be fixed.
Break index.js into multiple files
Currently, everything is jumbled into one massive file, it's less than 230 lines, but it could stand to be separated.
Specifically, data handling/storage could probably be split off, as could the command switching and argument parsing.
