College Database System

College Database System is the backend database dsigned to store all the information of the students, the faculty and the courses taught in the college. There are various features such as Student Registration, Add Courses, View Courses, Add Attendance, Add Subjects of semesters etc. It also has a frontend that provides the students, faculty and the administrator to interact with the database system. The frontend is buit using Tkinter - Python's standard graphical user interface package.

📲 Features

• Students can enroll themselves for various semesters and the courses offered by the college.
• Faculty members can add marks and attendance of the students for their particular courses.
• Adminitrator can add/modify courses, assign courses to the specific faculty members and add/modify various subjects in the semester.
• This database maintains all the records of which semester the student and is enrolled in and the various subjects in that semester and the faculty that will teach the subject and the marks and attendance of all the students for all the courses.

  • All the students will enroll themselves in the college and the particular courses of the semester they are enrolled in.

  • Teacher can add marks of all the students enrolled in the particular subject taught by that faculty member.

  • Administration and the faculty members can maintain the record of the attendance of the students.

• Add Course 📚

  • The adminitration and add/modify the courses taught in any semester of the college and maintain the record.

📦 Getting Started

• Fork this repository and clone it in your local environment.
• Open any of your favourite ide and and run the Gateway.py file.
