Show who else is looking at a board

Automatically compute capacity

Remove epic polling

The last bit of polling to get rid of. The info required is already available in the websocket messages.

Prevent edits to things other people are interacting with

Motivation:

Input holidays to automatically compute capacity

Board deletion popup doesn't close

Unintuitive 400 error when deleting a story involved in a story request

It's correct, but we should have a better error message.

A way to pin everything

API is already there. This keeps the current layout stable, so subsequent solves only move new things.

Improve card clipping

Story content is currently clipped at a fixed size. Can we selectively hide portions so everything always fits + truncate text with ellipses?
