Latest lookout deployment (https://drone.srcd.host/src-d/lookout/215) fails with this log:

Error: UPGRADE FAILED: render error in "lookout/templates/secret.yaml": template: lookout/templates/secret.yaml:2:4: executing "lookout/templates/secret.yaml" at <required "Secrets or...>: error calling required: Secrets or secretName are missing
Error running helm command: upgrade --install lookout srcd-charts/lookout --set image.lookout.tag=commit-5cf3f01 --values .helm-staging.yml --tiller-namespace kube-system --timeout 900

The changes that trigger this failure are here: https://github.com/src-d/lookout/pull/284/files.
When using the new github app auth GITHUB_USER and GITHUB_TOKEN should not be set.

Related issue: #79.

The gitbase-web chart only works if both settings.gitbaseServer.address and settings.gitbaseServer.address are present or both are absent. Otherwise, both deployment.yaml and statefulset.yaml are empty.

Either both should work independently or this behavior should be clear in values.yaml

I would propose the same solution as we did for bblfsh/web:

So we could do something like this: https://github.com/bblfsh/web/blob/master/.helm_staging.yml#L14 in lookout helm config.

Gitbase has added a new GITBASE_READONLY flag to restrict CREATE INDEX: src-d/gitbase#326.

We should add that flag to this deployment as soon as a new gitbase version is released.

I got here from the rovers repo, looking for an easy way to run it on kubernetes (thanks!)

It seems like this should simply be a directory under the rovers directory though.
So when more charts are added for other projects, say borges, then they can be easily added to their own repositories, where they're easier to find and maintain.

Is there a reason why this is not the case?

When visiting https://quay.io/srcd/spark-ui-proxy I get a 403 unauthorized error.
