For the 'Headline Marquee' module, I suggest an option when choosing to use the RSS feed.
When you click on a news item, you should be prompted for a new browser tab.

Do you plan a version of Headline Marquee for Joomla 4.x ???

Just leaving a comment that this does not work using Joomla 3.10.10 through SP Page builder as a module loader.
Get the error: "Error: 0 Call to a member function getState() on bool".
