Dynamic Regions example

I'm reading jira issues on current issue on spring-data-gemfire but need to provide a dynamic example for a client. Will incorporate the workaround into the example.

More explicit instructions regarding gradle setup for STS/eclipse would be nice

Readme's suggest running 'gradle eclipse' and 'then import the project into your IDE and run the above classes". However, suprisingly even with STS, gradle support is not installed by default, so you just get a bunch of files that STS can't build. Instead you must first install gradle integration as described below, then import as Gradle project, and everything works as expected:

Missing advanced project makes the STS import fail

The server-failover project in the advanced folder is missing so it makes the STS import fail. I had to remove the reference in settings.gradle and the build.gradle in the advanced folder.

can we have an example of co location of regions provisioning multiple regions which are related to each other.
