    spree_dev_tools was resolved to 0.1.8, which depends on

uninitialized constant Spree::User (NameError)

Hi,

I'm having issues installing spree_avatax_official using Spree 3.6.6, Rails 5.2.6.3, and 2.5.9. It looks like the gem is having issues with our custom user model called 'User':

 bundle exec rails g spree_avatax_official:install
/home/rails/git/amm/amm_gems/ruby/2.5.0/gems/spree_avatax_official-1.7.1/app/models/spree_avatax_official/spree/user_decorator.rb:11:in `<top (required)>': uninitialized constant Spree::User (NameError)

Code in PR 175 appears to fix this issue:

In config/initializers/spree.rb the user class is defined as:

Spree.user_class = 'User'

Do you have any advice on how to work around this model, besides creating a fork and using the changes defined in PR 175?
