I am instrumenting my own version of this template repository and I am receiving the following error message:

I have attached my wrangler.toml as a wrangler.txt file. I have enabled Durable Objects on my account. This error message appears in both local and non local mode. I was not aware that r2 was required in this case. I receive this error message every time the cron runs. And as a result, all my splits incorrectly return "control" treatment.
