Create a template CSV file that can be populated and will work flawlessly with this app. Place in Root dir.

Allow this to be specified from the command line.

Folium does not natively support generation of a legend with scatter plots.

This leaves the following options:

1. Switch from using Folium to a different framework or simply Basemap + Matplotlib

2. Create a new MacroElement class that contains the legend. Following the example of the fullscreen plugin here

3. Inject the JS/Html manually..

Center the map programatically, no hardcoded locations!

The -0/--outfile argument is optional, as intended, but let's do better when it's not present.

current behavior: if -o/--outfile is not passed in, the default file name is out.html in the executing directory.

Desired behavior: Create an output file in the same directory as the infile, named after the .csv file.

Example:

running

python3 render.py -i ./examples/MPLS\ Mayor.csv

Would have ./examples/MPLS\ Mayor.html as the outfile.
