Scripts should handle differences between local and remote repo states explicitly. Possibly by letting the user choose whether or not to discard local changes and pull before executing configuration scripts.

Remove debug commands (set -ex)

Remove accumulated packages, especially big ones, that I don't frequently use.
For example all browsers, except for Chromium.

Deal with conflict when installing after being installed as dependency -> interactive?
