Keep spawned process open for receiving further commands via ssh.command API

Hi,

This is a great module.

I'm currently using sshclient to perform a list of commands on a server, and I want to use the same SSH connection between issuing each command, rather than spawning a new SSH connection each time.

I'd like to fork your repo and submit a pull request, once I figure out how to do it.
