They should be resolved relative to the working directory

Gets way too verbose very quickly. Updating a single line with current status while tests are running would be ideal.

Probably just a general verbosity option

An error is fine, but it should be nicer

Compilation errors have an absolute path to the test module with no line number and the message is on the next line,

The errors may be in another file altogether, so it might be worth trying to pick that up rather than the test module.
