2 things that need to be fixed:

1. Pagination is broken. shuttle -l -p 7d only lists a few pushes from the last 7 days. This happens for all values of h and d.
2. Missing cells are filled in, causing rows to be misaligned. shuttle -l -p 24h lists pushes with missing bodies and sender addresses, lists types and sender names with no corresponding title or body, etc.

1 is almost certainly due to my pagination code. 2 is almost certainly due to the lines of code that format and output the list of pushes. To be fixed for v1.0.

When pushing notes with U.S. Dollar amounts, Bash interprets "$n" as a positional parameter and omits it from the push.

Expected behavior: shuttle -p -n Jane "I'm sending you $20" "Expect it in a few days" sends a push with that title and body

Actual behavior: Results in push note title: "I'm sending you 0"
