ONLY CHROME AND EDGE ARE SUPPORTED AT THIS TIME

1. Choose 'Code' And 'Download ZIP'
2. Extract folder out of ZIP
3. Open your browser and head over to the extensions tab
4. Select 'load unpacked' and choose the folder
5. Ensure extension is installed in toolbar
6. Visit reddit.com and login
7. Select the extension in toolbar
8. Choose posts/comments/timeline
9. Watch it work!

Since deletion of posts only disassociates the username from the post itself and the content stays public, scrambling will edit the content to a string of random characters prior to deletion.

Was banned for using this tool

Just as a forewarning, I was using this tool to scramble and erase my old history because of the API changes. Literally less than 18hrs later my entire account was banned by reddit. My guess is that they weren't happy with my deleting several years worth of content. I had used shreddit several times back in June and most of my content came back after a few days but I didn't have my content scrambled through it, just deleted.

I was already distancing myself from reddit because of the crap spez is doing but this is the nail in the coffin for me and reddit. I'm just posting this as a warning for others.

I posted no content or comments on Reddit within the past week and used this tool and less than 18hrs later was permanently banned
