Instead of the current display that shows:

Maybe you could put two checkboxes after each provider, one to check to monitor incoming calls and another to monitor for outgoing calls, whichever capabilities the TSP reports it can do:
Provider Name | Incoming | Outgoing |
---|---|---|
Tapi provider#1 | X | X |
Tapi provider#2 | X | X |
TAPI plugin is enabled. I initiated an outgoing call into the PBX's conference center. At the end of the call, the duration shows as the time the call ended (e.g., "10:36") instead of the 90 minute duration. What info can I provide to help you troubleshoot this?
Is there a way to do this? If not, can this be added as an enhancement?
Hi,
I was confused about what I needed to do after installing c'mon.
Can the "TAPI call monitor" plugin be initially "stopped" instead of "running"? It wasn't obvious to me that I had to stop it from running in order to check the boxes for TAPI-Provider, and the default appears to be to have all providers unchecked, which essentially means it isn't monitoring anything anyway.
After it displays the About page, can you have a pop-up window (or maybe some other method) to instruct the user to:
2a) go to Settings->Plugins->TAPI
2b) enable desired TAPI-Providers in the list
2c) click "Start Monitor"
This would allow the journal to show which "line" was used when making/receiving a call.
Could this be done?
Hi,
I'm using c'mon to interface with my employer's PBX.
Currently, right-clicking on a journal entry gives "Lookup Called". Can you add an option for "Add to Contacts" such that it would correctly add to contacts based on incoming/outgoing call:
Incoming call: default contact name from journal "Name" and contact phone from journal "Caller".
Outgoing call: currently c'mon shows a person's name in the journal "Called" column. Does c'mon also capture the digits dialed (in my case, a four digit extension) even though they journal does not show them? If so, adding a contact for an outgoing call could use the captured digits for the contact phone, and the contact name would use the "Called" column.
