Currently, the application does not filter file types.
As a result, sometimes default recommended application for HTML files is metadatviewer instead of a browser.

Filtering is applied in the open file functionality and works as intentended.
The only issue relies in the interaction between system and metadatviewer for recommending an application

Currently, the flatpak json manifest file specifies the application module as git repository and points towards the git repository.
While this is good practice for flatpak which separates project repository from flatpak repository, here it creates build issues when developper develops from another branch.

Solution:
