CodeLabz

CodeLabz is a platform where the users can engage with online tutorials and the organizations can create tutorials for the users. The platform will be developed using ReactJS front end library and the back end will be developed using the Google Cloud Firestore and Google Firebase Real-Time database.

Installation

1. Fork the repo
2. Clone the repo in your local machine
3. Create a project in console.firebase.google.com
4. setup your firestore database and enable authentication for sign in from google and from email and password
5. Head over to the project configuration page and replace note down the all required keys ( take a look in .env.sample for required keys ) .
6. create a .env file and set your firebase configuaration (look at the format of the .env.example file).
7. run npm install in your Codelabz directory
8. run npm start and head over to localhost:3000 to view your site.
