Spynl ops build --task fails on Jenkins when using dev and production

If you use spynl ops.start_build --task=latest,dev,production, Jenkins will fail with the following message

Ask for confirmation before deploying(any env) and show the packages that will be deployed.

Sometimes when deploying (to any environment) some packages might be missing from the environment(forgot to install them) and build gets triggered.
It would be nice to show a question like:

The following plugins will be included in the build:
Plugin A
Plugin B
...
Procced with the build Y/N:

That way you can see clearly what plugins will be installed(in case you miss some) and have a chance to cancel the build.

Show coverage report in Jenkins

We already install the necessary plugins and run pytest with the coverage options. Now we should publish the coverage reports. Here is a write-up that sounds really helpful: https://jenkins.io/blog/2016/07/01/html-publisher-plugin/
