Clean up warnings

Go through the solutions at some point and make them compile with 0 warnings.

Unfinished business

• Day 3, part 2.
• Day 8, part 2. The algorithm needs some more thought.
• Day 12, didn't really get anywhere when sitting down the first time. Doesn't look too bad, but... it's the graph implementing that's going to kill me.
• Day 14, part 2. Need to figure out a smart algorithm. The brute force one wants absurd amounts of memory, so a more efficient version of that would be interesting, too.

Skeleton solution

Should throw together some kind of skeleton solution with a Makefile or the Rust equivalent, some testing infrastructure and things like that. Something to copy over to all the advent days.

Day 7 is slow

Reminder to self: return to day 7, part 2. Now it's doing a map() on a Vec, calling an recursive summing function. Probably far from optimal.
