Http success codes in observable-wrapping.md

Thanks for a useful reference.

In observable-wrapping.md, considering using a comparison that includes all successful http status codes (2xx):

 request.onload =() =>{
     if(request.status >= 200 && request.status < 300) {
        observer.next( request.response );
        observer.complete();
    } else {
         observer.error('error happened');
    }
  }
