Problems encountered in update to 7

• mollom Cannot change the definition of field mollom.session: field doesn't exist. 7008 - Rename {mollom}.did to .id, and {mollom}.session to .session_id.
• service_links SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'service_links_show_' in 'where clause'
