currently working on a refactor of the code to use annotations and separate each effect in files, using this to track ideas i get in the meanwhile

• Switch back/front wheels (rear wheel steering) akuma
• Rainbow make more things gay akuma
• offroad better grip
• more?

An effect that does nothing, but has an objective and rigs the next effect depending on if you complete it or not.

Examples:
"Recover to get Checkpoint Magnet or else Black Hole"
"Reach 100 speed to get Sanik or else Slowpoke"
"Drift for at least 1 second total to get No Drifting or else First Person"

Thanks to Akuma for the suggestion. Fairly complicated and requires some new categorization, so perhaps not for v1.2, but rather v1.3?

• Would need to categorize effects into "Good" "Bad" "Neutral"
• Exclusive Effect Group with multiple different effects for each objective, probably?
• Tweak RNG so exlucisve effect groups are weighted as a single effect, rather than each child (like it currently is), or else this one will probably appear too often
