Overview

This repo is intended to hold cultural and process-related materials from inside of Sociomantic Labs. They will be documents and ideas that we believe can benefit other individuals if shared. As a happy artifact to release of our internal ways we hope to foster more exposure and encourage anyone to provide feedback and insights. After all, learning from each other is one of the best ways to grow.

Versioning

Based on the unique model of this repository it will not itself be controlled with semantic versioning. Individual documents or collections of documents will be, though. Please review to their own README files for more information.

sociomantic's Issues

Update D error handling doc

A few points:

1. When sociomantic-tsunami/ocean#214 is merged, we'll need to update the doc to mention its recommended usage.
2. I think the doc could be simplified. The main point for most readers is the TL;DR / "what to do" section. The reasoning is more background.

Devise folder structure for code-related content of this repo

At the moment, we have https://github.com/sociomantic-tsunami/sociomantic/blob/master/Code/assert-vs-enforce.rst, which is a D-related document. It might be nice to have a structure per programming language or something.

Confirm or correct the copy for the new Consequences section

Sociomantic Legal to partner with dunnhumby Legal to verify the Consequences section has the usual German law language for this topic.

Potentially elaborate on the Gifts & Entertainment topics of the CoC

It has been suggested that we expand on the Gifts & Entertainment section with a few bullet points taken from the internal dunnhumby G&E policy.
