After building the binary I wanted to do make install to install it in my system but ther wasn't any.

I would put the binary and the controllscript into /usr/local/bin (with the pollibility to set the prefix to /usr instead) and the config file into /etc

It would be nice if you would offer those startup scripts so I can start moxanix on boot.

Please create stable releases with git tags and Github, that way it is easier for packagers to package it for a distribution. I'd like to package it for Arch linux for example.

It's a bit weird that the controlscript is called as the daemon but with a .sh postfix, it should be called something like moxanixctl to make it clear that this is the cortrolscript like you have it in systemdctl and journalctl, etc.
