Handle top/bottom side of board in centroid.
In initial testing the different centroids have different reference points and will need to be flipped to the opposite board side.

Add a command that only checks the board for the footprints positions. Should take the group name and use the lowest x, y part as the origin.

Currently the board side is ignored. The parts have to first be placed on the correct side.

Make a gui interface, add plugin class
