Accented Characters
The spreadsheet, when loaded into LibreOffice, contains entries like:
- Michae�l
- O�nishi
- De la Be�doye`re
- Hora�c�ek
Check these display correctly on the original website, then work out which stage needs some encoding stuff added to preserve them.
Unparsed 2015 block
In one of the trial spreadsheet, the first 353 lines are normal, then a bunch of entries from 2015 are all stuffed in the same cell.
Check how these look on the original website, and in the CSV file, and see what's messing them up.
