two of the cdns are making http requests instead of https which causes some errors in my app. It also appears that the d3 cdn is broken for me as well

I am using express 4.16.4,
and pathfinder 1.0.2.

When I add a query parameter via the pathfinder UI to start a request, the request is triggered twice and each query parameter gets appended twice also. Requests get triggered twice all the time.

so when I do:
/api/endpoint?q=1

I get following requests triggered on my api:

/api/endpoint?q=1
and
/api/endpoint?q=1?q=1

You can see the "double" query parameters when going back to the "send" tab.

PS:
I noticed that this starts happening with 1.0.1,
whereas 1.0.0 doesn't accept any query parameters at all (they don't reach my api).
