i'm trying to build using 10mm rods, and it looks like code need more fixes than just add LM sizes.
motor mounts render not usable, slide has weak bearing housings.

I'm working on converting a Printrbot Simple into a smartcore. I started to print some parts and found that some of the parts don't seem to adjust with the OpenJSCAD parameters. I noticed this specifically with the XY rod diameter on this part.

With Box wood thickness different from 10 placement of zTop is wrong.

As of the current master commit 3e64216, 8mm Y bearings cannot be properly secured with screws. The screw head and nut are not flush, but blocked by the wall.

The outer wall is also very thin and prone to breakage.

Fix

I propose extending the screw plate. There's at least 6mm extra room between the y-slide screw plate and the frame.

I have a fix for this - moving the screw blocks out according to X-rod diameter. I will be sending a PR later this evening.

Latest commits remove almost all my changes for 10 and 12 mm rods.

In the XY slide, selecting a XY rod size of 8 generates 2 spots of length 19mm (which is correct for LM6UU) instead of 24mm (LM8UU)

Since 1.2, the printed parts plate generated with OpenJSCAD is different than the assembly. Specifically I noticed this with the hotend carriage piece
